**Booking and Cancellation Policy****
All VIP Rooms have a 2 hour booking minimum.
Deposit for one hour is due at time of booking.

Changes or cancellations must be made within 48 hours of your reservation to avoid forfeiture of deposit.
If cancellation is not made within our 48 hour window your deposit will be forfeited.

Changes to your reservation can be made by contacting King Karaoke during business hours at 312.291.8685.
Guests are allowed a 10 minute grace period for late check-in.

If the party does not check-in before the grace period, booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
